Friendship should always be cherished and never be taken for granted
Some might say, two friends fighting over a girl is just plain dumb
These things happen, even though you don’t want it
Back stabbing another in the back just to get the girl
Thinking back, how could he have done that to him.
He tried to brainwash her, just to get her into his world
What he did’nt know was, the girl told him everything.
She secretly told him about what happened
Why did’nt he just told the truth and came clean
Disappointed he was, betrayed he felt
Confronted his friend he did
Going in alone, without any help
Denied everything said to him, it was all untrue
He just let it pass
Hoping they could start anew
Went back to the girl to see things through
He told her the fuss was over
Wanting to get together like how it used to
She tells him ‘no’ , we can’t be together
When asked why
She did’nt want the same thing to happen again
She left without saying goodbye
Gone without a trace
Heartbroken he was
As tears fell down his face
She was his first love
His childhood friend she was too
Now shes found a new guy
And I just have to be happy for her
